Getting ready....

As the day we are leaving approaches so many things need to be done... We had to find a tent, sleeping bag, a way to carry all we own with us. At this point, we are keeping the essentials, what we will need during the journey of a lifetime for an extraordinary cause. Everything else was donated or sold, the last of our economies is going towards this, towards trying to make a change by making a difference, leaving our mark, being heard on something that is still taboo.

We are the night before our departure and our phones are going crazy after only a couple of hours of this huge announcement. Everyone wants to help, setting us up with shower, dinner, a place to setup our tent... We never thought that so many people would reach to us supporting what our hearts think is so important to do.

The nervousness starts to kick in, it's not a dream anymore but our new reality, our life for the next year. How could ever think that our voices could reach so many in such a little timeframe? We are blown away. So please share our website, our posts so more people read these words. Walk with us when we hit your town, give a hand to the shelter near you. It's time to make a difference and for us it starts tomorrow.
