On day 5, we walked 10km and due to Margo's knee injury we stopped. She rested for the day, put some ice on her knee. There was a lot of frustration to have to stop but it was needed.
On Friday (day 6), we got up, we did a live with Patricia and hit the roads. It was cold and very windy, the winds were at 50 kmh. It was very hard to walk, the wind was pushing us making it difficult to walk straight. The only good thing is that it was pushing the wagon up the hills making it a little easier to pull it up. Margo's knee was doing better and we were walking at a good speed.
We reached our goal point, a rest area at 3pm and got everything ready for the night. It was a day we were very proud of ourselves.
We were both in a good mood, we laughed, and watched a movie on our tablet. The night was a different thing. We were cold, very cold and the ground was so hard that our bodies were hurting. We didn't got much sleep that night waking up many times to go warm up in the building at the rest area.
Let's say we got up both cranky that morning, lacking a lot of sleep.
